1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the bos27 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a legal resident of Indonesia or another jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by law.

bos27 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, and all funds forfeited without exception.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the bos27 platform, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You may only register one account per person. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bos27 customer support immediately via live chat, email, or WhatsApp.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

bos27 is required by our licensing jurisdiction to verify the identity of all users. You will be asked to submit government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP or passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and in some cases, a selfie holding your identification document. Verification is typically required before your first withdrawal. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may be suspended until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance will be paid out to your registered bank account or e-wallet after deduction of any applicable fees and subject to completion of wagering requirements on bonus funds. bos27 reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at our sole discretion for violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abuse of bonuses, or any conduct we deem harmful to the platform or other users.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bos27 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following methods: local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), e-wallet transfer (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), and international credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on your bank's processing times.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 50.000.000. Larger withdrawals may be split into multiple transactions at our discretion. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day). 4.3 Fees

bos27 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

bos27 operates a strict anti-money laundering policy in accordance with international AML standards and the regulations of our licensing jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of deposited funds. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bos27 may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated in the bonus terms. Games contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports betting contributes 50-100% depending on odds. Only bets placed with real money or active bonus funds count toward wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bos27 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., betting on both red and black in roulette). Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently banned from the platform.

6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

6.1 General Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections and stake amounts are correct before confirming any wager. bos27 reserves the right to void bets in the event of obvious errors, including but not limited to: incorrect odds displayed due to technical error, bets placed after an event has started (for pre-match markets), or bets placed on events that were later canceled or postponed.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered on football, basketball, tennis, badminton, and e-sports events. Settlement of bets is based on official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for international football, BRI Liga 1 for Indonesian football). If an event is abandoned or postponed, bets will be void unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Live in-play betting rules may differ from pre-match rules and are published on the relevant market page.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from service interruptions.

7.2 Third-Party Providers

Game content is provided by third-party studios. While we select reputable providers, we are not responsible for technical issues, errors, or malfunctions originating from third-party game software. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be void and stakes refunded.

7.3 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, bos27 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bos27 platform and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Colluding with other players or engaging in fraudulent activity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting technical errors
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or odds
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in illegal financial activity
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward other users or staff

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which bos27 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the licensing jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining balance.
